February 11th-22nd

Since our last visit, Honey the Bear has made a special trip to Helena.  He had a VIP pass  to the Children's Ball at the carnival and got to have his picture taken in front of the Capitol building.
The next week he went home with a student and actually met another bear who looked just like him.  They spent the weekend together having a sleepover and playing dress-up.

The girls had a great time building cupcakes out of play-doh.  They had some creative toppings!

The students made colorful designs with the perler beads .

Our parents joined us on Valentine's Day for a song performance and cookie decorating.  The kids enjoyed getting hearts painted on their faces.

The class got to lay on the floor and do large group drawings.  They did a wonderful job sharing the paper and connecting some of their pictures together.

Our classroom purchased some new giant floor puzzles.  The children were grouped up and they recieved a sticker for their chart when they had completed it.  Well done!  Some of these were tricky.

During gym class the students were each given a half of a heart with a pattern on it and they had to find their friend who had the matching piece.

January 28th- February 8th

Honey the Bear had a wonderful weekend full of eating and resting.  He got to go to a restaurant and eat pancakes!  He is heading home with another student today for a new adventure.

We enjoyed some berry smoothies and some of the students thought it was funny to make themselves have a berry mustache.

The students enjoying some chalk drawings on black paper.  They are very creative in their drawings!

We celebrated a student's birthday with football cupcakes right before the Super Bowl!

In gym class on Tuesday the girls enjoyed some free dancing time!  Around and around they go!

We celebrated 100 days in school by making some #100 headbands.  In order to get a serious picture, I had to let them do a silly picture first!

What a happy crew!  Happy 100 days!
